Embossing is an exceptional artisanal technique that enhances metal, leather, and other malleable materials, resulting in exquisite ornamental reliefs. In Mexico, this vibrant craft is known as Repujado. This ancient technique skillfully transforms a thin of metal into remarkable three-dimensional masterpieces, rich in volume and texture. As a Mexican-Canadian, I am proud to integrate these deep-rooted cultural traditions into my artwork, culminating in a stunning collection inspired by the beauty of nature.
